Coming from AutoCAD I really miss this feature. In general would be nice to have ability to draw perpendicular/normal lines form any shape like lines, circles or even splines. It would be nice if those lines snapped when perpendicular. It will allow selection of any point with only the circle present. Now when I draw second line there's no snap when lines are perpendicular. The cursor does not snap to any of the quadrants of the circle. I am either missing a step, or there is an add-on to enable dimensioning, which I am unaware of. Deselect all snaps, select Snap on Endpoints.
